The Secretariat of the Cyprus Dialogue Forum (CDF) is seeking to recruit a Knowledge Development Officer to join the Secretariat team. The Knowledge Development Officer will work under the guidance of the Co-Coordinators and in close collaboration with the Secretariat team to support the Forum by overseeing the timely implementation of research initiatives, contributing to the development of shared knowledge tools and products, and supporting knowledge dissemination efforts. The role also involves collaboration on data visualisation, framing content, and tailoring messaging for stakeholder engagement. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in research and knowledge management who are committed to supporting stakeholder-led dialogue and inclusive knowledge creation processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Knowledge Development Officer will support Forum dialogues through research support, oversee the development and integrity of ongoing research development, contribute to the creation of shared knowledge tools and visualisations, and support the dissemination of knowledge across both communities.

EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS
The assessment of the applications under this call will be made after the indicated submission deadline. Any applications received after the indicated submission deadline, will not be considered. All applications received will be evaluated by an Evaluation Committee against the requirements of the position indicated in the ToR. Based on a desk review, the Evaluation Committee will invite shortlisted candidates for an interview at the CDF Secretariat offices. The successful applicant will be awarded an employment contract. The first three months of employment will be on a probationary basis.
