The Secretariat of the Cyprus Dialogue Forum is seeking to recruit two dynamic individuals to join the Secretariat team. The successful candidates will work jointly as part of a communications team and as part of the Secretariat team to enhance the visibility of the Forum, its purpose, and its products, ensuring that they reach diverse audiences both digitally and through traditional non-digital channels. The roles are perfect for individuals who thrive at the intersection of communication, creativity, and diplomacy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Outreach and Communications officer will oversee and align the Forum’s communications strategy to ensure visibility, balanced messaging, and stakeholder engagement. This includes media relations, public outreach, ensuring coherence with the Forum's principles and objectives, and close collaboration with the Social Media Presence Officer to ensure alignment and synergy across platforms. EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS
The assessment of the applications under this call will be made after the indicated submission deadline. Any applications received after the indicated submission deadline, will not be considered. All applications received will be evaluated by an Evaluation Committee against the requirements of the position indicated in the ToR. Based on a desk review, the Evaluation Committee will invite shortlisted candidates for an interview at the CDF Secretariat offices. The successful applicant will be awarded an employment contract. The first three months of employment will be on a probationary basis.
